Christina Koski is a prolific artist who works in a variety of mediums: acrylic, oil, chalk, pen and pencil illustrations, and more. Her fine eye for detail has been cultivated over years of study and practice.
In 2004, she graduated with a BFA from the SCHOOL OF THE MUSEUM OF FINE ARTS, in affiliation with TUFTS UNIVERSITY. Shortly after graduation, she moved to NYC to pursue her dreams of living and working as an artist in the Big City.
Past experience includes painting theater sets for the New Theater Restaurant in Overland Park, KS. After moving to NYC, she sustained a career working freelance as a landscape and portrait artist, painting predominantly with acrylic on canvas. Between 2005 and 2008 she worked with esteemed NYC artist, Mark Fox, cutting and assembling paper illustrations into intricately woven sculptures to later be displayed at the Larissa Goldston Gallery in Chelsea, NY. In more recent years, she has worked on commission creating signs and displays for brick and mortar businesses.
Christina moved back to her hometown, Kansas City, in 2018. Today, she continues to create art in her West Bottoms Art Studio.
